About

I run performance-focused rowing training on Lake Eğirdir and coach athletes preparing for competition. I place great emphasis on ergometer testing, strength-endurance periodization and boat speed analysis. I take a scientific approach to bringing competition-minded athletes to their best form.

Availability

Weekdays 06:30–09:30 and 17:00–20:00, weekend morning lake sessions
