The service

Spora Başla is an information and guide site that helps parents find the right sport for their child: sport guides, a sport finder quiz, coach and school listings, a forum, articles and tools.

Nature of the information

Content on the site is for general information only and is not medical, nutritional or training advice. Talk to a doctor or a qualified professional about your child starting a sport, their nutrition or any supplement use.

Facility, school and coach information belongs to independent businesses; Spora Başla is not affiliated with them and does not guarantee their services. Details may change — check with the business before you go.

Always on

Always on: your cookie choice, language and theme, member session, achievement badges and likes. The site needs these to work; apart from the session cookie, none of it is sent to the server.

Visit statistics with Umami, on our own server in Istanbul. It processes the page, browser, device, language and the country and city derived from your IP address; the IP itself is not stored. No cookies.

Sport videos (YouTube), the Nearby Facilities map (Google Maps), sample coach photos (randomuser.me, loremflickr.com) and the profile photo of people who sign in with Google. When this content loads, your IP address goes to those companies.
