National weightlifter Muhammed Furkan Özbek breaks records to become world champion

Turkish weightlifter Muhammed Furkan Özbek became champion in the men's 65 kg category at the World Championships in Norway, setting world records in the snatch, the clean and jerk and the total. It is Türkiye's first world title in weightlifting in 15 years.
